Corporate Associate – Luxembourg

 

Our client is an international law firm in Luxembourg, seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to contribute to a dynamic corporate practice while developing their career in a highly collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of corporate legal matters
  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, drafting, and executing M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships by providing high-quality legal advice
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex corporate issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A at a leading law firm
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or eligible for List IV registration
  • Strong academic background with excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Outstanding technical abilities and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Bilingual in English and French (German is a plus)
  • Eligible to work in Luxembourg
