Overview
Play a pivotal key role in a variety of treasury processes including cash management, cash forecasting, FX risk management and intercompany financing.
The primary focus of this position is to enhance visibility over projected liquidity and identify opportunities to optimize the Group’s working capital. This includes conducting detailed cash flow analyses by legal entity and supporting initiatives to improve cash availability.
Your Responsibilities
- Produce accurate consolidated cash-flow forecasts, proactively identify liquidity gaps and discuss funding requirements with the Head of Treasury
- Monitor weekly cash-flows by legal entity, highlight variances from forecasts and coordinate corrective actions with local finance teams
- Oversee the operations of the Luxembourg in-house bank, ensuring efficient intercompany funding and mitigation of foreign exchange and interest rate risks
- Support daily cash management activities
- Analyse working capital performance to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Treasury or Corporate Finance roles within international organizations
- Demonstrated experience in cash forecasting and working capital analysis
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial statements analysis
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
