Sales Representative - Business Developer

Partner-Owned | Multi-Family Office

Our Client, Luxembourg-based, Partner-Owned, Multi-Family Office & Independent Private Advisor.

They specialise in crafting sophisticated, tailor-made solutions for entrepreneurial families, private investors, and their holding structures. To support their strategic growth, they are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Business Developer to expand their portfolio of clients.

A personal network of potential clients is essential for this role.

Your Areas of Responsibility:

• Identify, attract, and partner with new private and institutional clients seeking a more independent, transparent, and high-touch advisory relationship.
• Utilise your existing network to introduce and onboard Ultra or High-Net-Worth Individuals (U-HNWIs), entrepreneurial families, family offices, and their trusted advisors (lawyers, bankers, tax consultants).
• Promote and position the firm’s core offerings: Wealth & Succession Structuring, Asset Management & Advisory, and Corporate & Fund Services for holdings, SPVs, and private equity structures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for new clients, understanding their complex needs and positioning the Company's integrated services.
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s partners and internal experts in investment, legal, and tax to design bespoke solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience from onboarding onwards.
• Represent the company's unique "partner-owned" value proposition at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or client-facing role within a Multi-Family Office, independent private wealth firm, or a specialised fiduciary in Luxembourg.
• A proven and demonstrable track record of successfully developing a client base and retaining HNWI/UHNWI clients.
• Demonstrated ability to bring and immediately onboard a portable client portfolio.
• Strong technical understanding of Luxembourg's wealth management landscape, including wealth structuring, family governance, and the establishment and administration of holding companies, SPFs, and investment vehicles.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong asset.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and autonomous mindset, perfectly aligned with a dynamic, partner-owned environment.
