Junior Corporate Administrator Private Equity Investment Firm

 

Anderson Wise is happy to introduce this new opportunity to join a premium Private Equity Investment Firm that cares for its employees and offers a great work environment.

 

Reporting to the Head of Legal and part of a dynamic team, you will face an excellent opportunity and challenge in providing administration services to the diverse and expanding range of asset classes as part of an “in-house” administration team.

 

The offices are located in Kirchberg, close to parking facilities and public transports.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • The purpose of this role is to provide legal and administrative support to the legal team.
  • Processing and record keeping of documentation for signing using DocuSign across all teams.
  • Filing and document management
  • Assisting with the incorporation and dissolution of Luxembourg SPVs
  • Managing board meeting scheduling, document distribution, and process
  • Bank account opening and administration.
  • Filing of legal documents with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies
  • Liaising with notaries as required.
  • Maintenance of statutory records including filing with relevant authorities
  • System inputting and coordination
  • Understanding all reporting and corporate governance requirements by supporting others in the business to ensure the administrative and company secretary elements of these requirements are met by the relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Assist colleagues within the Corporate Governance team with specific work allocations.
  • Working effectively and positively with various other individuals and teams across the groups
  • Ensure that own skills and knowledge are updated on an on-going basis and Continuous Professional Development achieved (CPD)

 

Your profile

 

  • You have a first experience in an administrative/company secretarial function
  • You are willing to learn in order to be quickly operational in your new position
  • You are fluent in English; any additional European language will be welcome
  • IT literate and experienced in all MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • You enjoy being part of a collective effort and being autonomous
  • You have a positive and flexible mindset
  • Accurate and attentive to detail.
  • Motivated, organised, professional, and efficient.
  • Open, honest, and straightforward approach.
