Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation and conduct of relevant monitoring/controlling for the following topics:
  • MiFID II-related topics, mainly Investor Protection;
  • Cross-border and Market License;
  • Ring Fencing;
  • Trade Surveillance (MAR/MAID/Insider Trading);
  • Provision of status updates and flagging of issues as appropriate;
  • Proactivity to suggest solutions to issues encountered and formulate mitigation actions;
  • Sound collaboration with the relevant partner team in Switzerland; 
  • Sound collaboration with the members of the Regulatory Solutions team; and
  • Support the team head and the department head with other assignments and assessments about mandates or activities received.

 

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Masters in Banking or Finance, Economics, Law or similar field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in banking, preferably with regulatory work (e.g. in Compliance);
  • Good comprehension of regulatory and legislative matters and their impact on the Bank.
  • A structured and all-encompassing approach to monitoring and control.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and structured working attitude in line with defined timelines.
  • High solution orientation.
  • Legal permit to work in Luxembourg, or the EU citizenship
