Main Activities

 

  • Subject matter expertise and management of the Bank’s forms and documentation, in particular the maintenance of the form register in line with the forms’ lifecycle, the coordination of the various publication channels, the coordination of respective translations with the agencies and the coordination with internal form owners and other stakeholders, as well as the maintenance of relevant procedures and directives;
  • Support of all additional Business Management activities as requested by the team head of Business Management or the BUDE department head, for example, support with the maintenance of the life insurance master accounts and related due diligence work as well as support with the queries of professional counterparties, and support with any other additional Business Management assignments that may come up.

 

Profile

 

  • University degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services or related markets, preferably in a business-supporting function.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and procedures and/or life insurance is considered beneficial;
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and structured working attitude in line with defined timelines and across various subjects.
  • High problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proactivity and motivation.
  • Good attention to detail and diligence in maintaining a high-quality form landscape;
  • Sound working experience with the Microsoft Office suite;
