Attractive package: salary 80 000€ - 90 000€ + additional benefits
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior business leadership to aid in the formulation of business strategies encompassing suitable performance benchmarks and indicators.
- Deliver on-site guidance and education to enhance financial proficiencies among various business management teams.
- Guide the business in achieving complete responsibility across all levels, from Orders and Sales to contribution margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.
- Construct tools for Budgeting, Financial Projection, and Financial Modelling that will facilitate precise financial forecasts for the business.
- Produce monthly and quarterly summaries, assess deviations, and pinpoint potential risks and opportunities to support senior management in their decision-making.
- Deploy and cooperate with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reporting system to automate and refine the reporting workflow.
- Analyse intricate financial data and reports to provide precise and prompt financial recommendations to aid management in making informed decisions.
- Participate in the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives, fostering profound changes in the business to expedite growth.
- Support special strategic and operational projects.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of analogous experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Proficiency in engaging with and influencing C-Suite executives.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Advanced expertise in Excel (familiarity with Power BI is a notable asset).
- Proficient in working with ERP systems and creating dashboards.
- Noteworthy interpersonal skills, adept in presentations, communication, and writing.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulousness, and commercial orientation.
- Proactively inclined, adept at multitasking, taking ownership of tasks, and meeting expectations.
- Capable of creative thinking, highly motivated, and self-driven.
