New position: Project Manager

Project Focus - Regulatory (Compliance)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver successful strategic, regulatory, business, and operational efficiency projects within the Bank's framework while enforcing regulatory requirements.

As a key driver of change, you will lead the analysis, planning, resourcing, coordination, and implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

You will be:

• Managing strategic, regulatory, and business projects of the bank.
• Reviewing and improving current processes for increased efficiency.
• Supporting the deployment of strategic initiatives at the group level.
• Identifying and implementing new local projects related to regulatory compliance and operational matters.
• Facilitating workshops with business, compliance, risk, IT and other stakeholders.
• Acting as a contact person for troubleshooting and requests.
• Supporting the project team in all project management and PMO activities.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

You have:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business, finance, law, or similar.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry or consulting firm.
• Excellent knowledge of private banking processes and procedures
• Expertise in project management methodologies
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills as an asset
