We are currently recruiting a Reporting & Accounting Officer to join a growing Alternative Investment Company based in Luxembourg. Within this role will implement and oversee processes, playing a key role in oversight and broader business support

This role fits to a person that has first experience gained either in accounting, audit or fund administration with Alternative Investment Fund exposure. You will be joining a growing structure with growth opportunity for the future.

Your Responsibilities

The Reporting and Accounting Officer position reports to the Department Manager. Within this role you will implement and oversee processes, playing a key role in oversight and broader business support to the business. You will have international exposure within the group.

Your main responsibility will split in two main parts, reporting and operations.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will be, but will not be limited to:

• Manage the corporate invoices
• Review of financial statements, accounting and tax reporting
• Assist with the fund accounting
• Help to develop and implement systems and take part with the processes improvement
• Support the department head with different projects related to the department

 Your profile

• You have a Degree in Finance or Business  
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in accounting, audit or fund administration with Alternative Investment Fund exposure.
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken.  Any other European languages would be considered an asset.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• You are able to set priorities and work with tight deadlines.
• You are very accurate and pay attention to detail
• You are a strong team player and have the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels in /outside the organisation.
• You are willing to work in an international, dynamic and fast pace environment.
