We are currently assisting a stable and successful Swiss Management Company in Luxembourg with the recruitment of a Fund Controller.

If you are fluent in GERMAN and ENGLISH both written and spoken and you have an excellent understanding of the Luxembourgish Fund Accounting process from A to Z, this could be the right position for you.  

This is a newly created position and will report to the Senior Fund Controller. This position suites very well to a person that is able to adapt in a small and dynamic working environment. Somebody who has a flexible mindset and is looking for a balanced working environment.

Your Responsibilities

The Fund Controller will work closely with the Senior Fund Controller and will be responsible for the timely publication of the net asset value (NAV) of the UCITS funds.

Some of the other day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Make sure that the correct fund accounting, pricing and reporting controls are in place
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers
  • Support the group with any questions related to the Luxembourg fund administration
  • Assist the manager with projects related to the department

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting and/or Business
  • You have at least 1 to 3 years’ experience working in a position within Fund Accounting, e.g. at a Depositary Bank with exposure to valuation, single swing pricing, reporting for UCITS funds.
  • You speak fluent GERMAN and ENGLISH, both written and spoken. Any other language would be considered as a benefit
  • Good understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel.
  • You have excellent communication skills and able to liaise accordingly with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are an accurate, organised and a reliable person who is able to work in a  team within a hands-on environment.
