This is an exceptional opportunity to work with Luxembourg’s leading recruitment firm. You will gain insight into the world of recruitment and the markets we serve, including Financial Services, and the Accounting and Legal professions Established in 2019 by some of the most recognised faces in the recruitment industry and business landscape in Luxembourg. We are a vibrant and culturally diverse team of 10 with a combined experience of 150 years in the recruitment & executive search industry with 7 nationalities, including Belgian, British, Dutch, French, German, Polish and Serbian. We are located in a superb modern location within Silver Square, where like-minded professionals meet and within walking distance from the Luxembourg train station. In September 2021 we established an Irish Desk to service recruitment needs in Ireland and to establish a candidate corridor between both jurisdictions. Your Responsibilities You will assist the recruitment consultants in the following tasks:- • Sourcing: search for potential candidates (databases, social networks) • Assist the team in various recruitment projects • Assist in the management of social networks for recruitment team (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages) • Writing and publication of advertisements following the sourcing method established by the company • Phone pre-screening of candidates selected by the consultant • Updating the database • Processing of applications • Organisation of interviews • Ad-hoc administrative tasks (scanning, filing, folders) You will find more information about our team and firm on our website https://andersonwise.com/ and check us out on LinkedIn and Facebook too! Your Profile • Students in Bachelor or Master program (ideally in Human Resources or Business) • Languages – Fluency in English, both oral and written, French and German an asset. • Interested in social networks, human relations and administration • Good oral and written communication • Sociable, enthusiastic, organised with a good team spirit • Proactive and reactive • Familiar with Microsoft office tools
