Accounts Payable – Treasury Administrator

Our client is an alternative investments firm having a team of 10 in Luxembourg and offices located close to the airport. The company offers a flexible, stable and international environment.

The Accounts Payable and Treasury Administrator will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day treasury functions and administration of transactions. S/he will also assist the Head of Office on various projects.

Your Responsibilities:

Accounts payable

  • Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
  • Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time
  • Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
  • Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts
  • Analyze all accounts on a weekly basis to ensure payment accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to perform payments
  • Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts


  • Co-ordinate various global electronic payments utilizing internal, internet-based, and bank platforms ( e.g. Multiline)
  • Manage the company’s bank accounts, signatories, and bank related documentation in collaboration with our legal team
  • Maintain vendor banking profiles and user/approver information on banking platforms
  • Monitor cash balances for specific accounts to ensure sufficient funds for payments
  • Update monthly treasury spreadsheets and prepare monthly cash reports for senior members
  • Responsible for monthly bank fee review


  • Assist with set up and administration of office services
  • Participate in annual entity reporting, filing, and terminations where required
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Your Profile:

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Luxembourg is ideal
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Basic bookkeeping or minimum accounting experience is required
  • Self-starter with a great sense of urgency
  • Trustworthy with high level of discretion
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
