Senior Legal Counsel: Private Equity

The Opportunity

A great opportunity as a Senior Legal Counsel to join a global and market leading corporate services

provider and play a key role at Group Level in the acquisition strategy working closely with a private

equity partner and investor. You will have gained ideally strong experience in M&A on legal matters

in various international jurisdictions.

You will demonstrate a sense of responsibility and professionalism and have a flexible approach to

your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and regulatory support to the business

• Draft and negotiate agreements and any other relevant legal document

• Communicate and advise management and staff on legal matters for all jurisdictions of the

group

• Play a key role in our acquisition strategy supporting the Head of Corporate Development

• Monitoring of any legal & regulatory changes that may impact the business at a local and

international level

• Manage the company's litigation, liaising with external parties

• Involvement in the compliance monitoring

• Maintain relationships with external providers/Law firms

• Involvement in any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Master degree in Law

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar position

• Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar

• Private Equity investment experience

• Fluent in English and French

• Strong communication & organisational skills

• Discretion and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
