Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior business leadership to aid in the formulation of business strategies encompassing suitable performance benchmarks and indicators.
• Deliver on-site guidance and education to enhance financial proficiencies among various business management teams.
• Guide the business in achieving complete responsibility across all levels, from Orders and Sales to contribution margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Construct tools for Budgeting, Financial Projection, and Financial Modelling that will facilitate precise financial forecasts for the business.
• Produce monthly and quarterly summaries, assess deviations, and pinpoint potential risks and opportunities to support senior management in their decision-making.
• Deploy and cooperate with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reporting system to automate and refine the reporting workflow.
• Analyse intricate financial data and reports to provide precise and prompt financial recommendations to aid management in making informed decisions.
• Participate in the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives, fostering profound changes in the business to expedite growth.
• Support special strategic and operational projects.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of analogous experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Proficiency in engaging with and influencing C-Suite executives.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Advanced expertise in Excel (familiarity with Power BI is a notable asset).
• Proficient in working with ERP systems and creating dashboards.
• Noteworthy interpersonal skills, adept in presentations, communication, and writing.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulousness, and commercial orientation.
• Proactively inclined, adept at multitasking, taking ownership of tasks, and meeting expectations.

By joining this enterprise, you will have the opportunity to progress within a great working environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with senior business management to help develop business plans including appropriate performance targets and metrics.
• Provide local coaching and training to improve financial competencies across the business management teams.
• Lead the business in driving full accountability from Orders, Sales, contribution margin down to EBITDA and cash.
• Develop Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Financial Modelling tools that will help the business to provide an accurate financial forecast.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, variance analysis, and identify risks and opportunities to assist senior management with their decision-making.
• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports to automate and streamline the reporting process.
• Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Be part of the implementation and tracking of strategic deployment initiatives which would drive deep transformations and changes to the business to accelerate growth.
• Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position with strong Financial Planning and Analysis background for a large Group.
• Experienced operating and influencing at C-Suite levels.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI knowledge would be a strong advantage).
• Experienced in ERP (Microsoft Navision AX) and Dashboarding.
• Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, communication, and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
• Strong Business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Can deal with ambiguity and be able to create “what if” models and run sensitivity and risk scenarios.
• Proactive with the ability to multitask, take ownership of responsibilities, and deliver on expectations.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
• Not satisfied with the status quo, catalyst for change.
